Longest Serving Tenant Serves Up High Praise
Business Premises
The building was formerly owned by the Great Western Railway and used for stores and offices.
This was converted into rented office accommodation for small businesses in 2000, and we took up residence a few months after the building was opened in January 2001.
Fully serviced rooms of various sizes are available depending on the needs of the tenants, and since we arrived, we have moved twice internally and now have a larger room which serves our requirements. This adaptability to the changing demands of small business was an important factor in our choice of the Centre for Business as our base in South Wales.
The facilities offered include allocated parking spaces, which is a big plus so close to Newport city centre. Furthermore, the location of the building next to the newly developed railway station has proved invaluable for convenient travel between Newport and our other offices in North Wales and Birkenhead and for our visitors.
Above all, the Centre for Business staff can only be commended for being totally understanding and helpful regarding day to day tenant issues.
I would therefore have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Centre for Business as an ideal starting block for the setting up of any new business venture.
