Leadership & Management

This programme is part funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and allows us to deliver a wide range of training course to First Line, Middle and Senior Managers of SME’s.

The programme comprises specific range of work shops that address the management training needs of individuals, which include HR strategies, Marketing and Leadership Skills (Courses until end of December).

The courses are delivered on site at NGCCEI however we are also able to deliver at clients premises if they have a training need for a number of their staff. This service is proving to be very successful for a number of our larger clients.
