HR Health Check
Employment Legislation has never been as integral to the on-going success of a business, whether employing 50 or 500 people. The HR Health Check would provide employers with a temperature gauge of where their business stands in current legislation and provide guidance in relation to best practice. It would consider processes from recruitment to redundancy.
Our Health Check package includes a HR Health Check Audit, development of an employer action plan and half a day HR consultancy on site - but could also be adapted for individual clients.
