- I work from home but would like a business address.
We can provide a “Virtual Office Facility” which will provide your company with a business address. You will be supplied with a mailbox at our Enterprise Way offices. An initial 3 month commitment is required, which reverts to monthly thereafter.
- My business needs premises but I do not want to commit to a long term tenancy agreement.
Newport & Gwent Enterprise has an extensive property portfolio which offers industrial units and serviced offices in central locations in Newport and Abergavenny. All properties are subject to a flexible in/out monthly licence which avoids businesses committing themselves to long term leases
- Does Newport & Gwent Enterprise offer business premises of various sizes?
Yes, Newport and Gwent Enterprise has 82 workshop units from 100 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft. In addition we have 48 office units varying in size from 100sq ft to 600 sq ft.
- What happens if my business outgrows my premises?
Then a move to one of our larger units, a bigger unit elsewhere, or to a freehold property will be made as simple as possible and we should be happy to put you in touch with other people who can also assist.
- Where are the premises located?

- What additional services does a serviced office offer?
Newport & Gwent Enterprise’s serviced accommodation offer a variety of additional benefits to tenants which is covered in the rental agreement. These include: business rates, heat, building insurance, external maintenance, cleaning, communal kitchen facilities, free parking, telephone answering services and handling & posting of mail.
- I need an area to entertain clients/suppliers. Can you help?
Yes, Newport & Gwent Enterprise has a number of conference and meeting rooms, of varying sizes, that can be hired by the hour, half day or full day. This service is available to tenants and external businesses. Services available include:
