Growth Courses
There are two main routes to growth.
Our courses will help you examine the route that is best for you in
order for your business to grow the way you need it to.
1. Growth by tightening-up
One is cutting costs,
reducing wastage, being more efficient and in general controlling the business
better. This can lead to more money
being kept in the business and therefore an increased net value. There are, however, limits to this kind of
growth.
2. Growth by selling more
A better bet for growth is
finding and taking opportunities. This
means expansion by introducing new products or services, breaking into new
markets, or just selling more of your existing product or service. This is essentially a marketing route to
growth.
Non-Executive Directors
We
can assist your business with a non-executive director. This provides you with an
experienced team member who will be appointed to the board of your company on a
part time basis with the aim of providing experienced, intelligent advice to
the company board, the chairman or management.
Non-executive directors can offer advice from the
perspective of somebody not absorbed in the day-to-day details of business -
based on the view of an outsider looking in and on the non executive director's
own personal skills, business experience and industry contacts.
Business Diagnostics
Want
to take stock of where you are, and where you are going with your business? A
diagnostic review can help to identify and evaluate the key issues facing your
business. This is a comprehensive review covering strategic and operational
issues, from personnel, marketing & sales to financial management. Your confidential, unbiased diagnostic review is carried out by one of our
professional Business Advisers. They will produce a written report with an agreed action plan - an
important tool which can be used to build a better business or even to take the
business into its next growth phase.

Examples of the E-Business support we can provide you with includes: integrated systems and infrastructure, document management systems, virtual collaborative working and production or service management.
We also offer an ICT Diagnostics Service, designed to assess ICT usage across your business.
This diagnostic can: provide a
report/health check of all your ICT functions; identify how key
technologies can impact the business; provide a high
level spec for needs that can be taken to the market. Fundamentally, the service has been designed to support businesses who may be unsure if they are using their ICT in
the most efficient manner and require specific, relevant understanding of key
technologies in relation to their business processes.
