eCommerce Assistance to SMEs

For a limited time we are able to provide independent and impartial eCommerce advice through our partners, Opportunity Wales.

You are eligible if you are -

• Classed as SME (small to medium enterprise) 
• Based in one of the following areas;
  Caerphilly
  Blaenau Gwent
  Torfaen
  Newport
  Monmouthshire (restrictions apply). 

 
What do you get?

• If you have had no previous support from Opportunity Wales we can conduct a 2 hour meeting with you and produce an eCommerce review outlining a plan for you to take advantage of Internet technologies – this is independent and completely free of charge. 
• An eCommerce adviser for up to two days (onsite if required) to assist and implement an agreed schedule of activities to achieve the eCommerce plan objectives. There is a charge for this service at a very reasonable and highly subsidized rate of £100 per day.

Examples of this Implementation Support could be:
i) Assisting a business to write up an independent full brief of their requirements for a website.
ii) Analysis and assessment of a current website.
iii) Setting up a Pay Per Click campaign
iv) Creating an eMarketing Strategy to promote a new/existing website.
