What's it all about?
The Workforce Development Programme allows companies to work through a structured process to identify the development and training needs for their staff and business. By working with an experienced advisor you will be able to access information and support, which will help your business develop.
Who is it for?
This programme is available to businesses with 9 plus employees. (Please note: this service is also available to businesses with fewer than 9 employees wanting to work towards the achievement of the IIP standard).
What the programme entails:
You will work with an experienced advisor who will support you through regular reviews in order to create an employer - specific organisational, development and learning plan. The advisor will identify suitable training to enhance the skills of the workforce and profitability of the organisation and a strategic action plan will be developed to provide your business with direction for future development.
Stages of advisory support throughout the programme include:

A strategic HRD Diagnostic will be conducted against the IIP Standard and/or the IIP Leadership and Management Model.

Completion of a Business Development Plan and Business Learning Plan

Advice towards the implementation of the plans

Support and guidance towards achieving

Investors in People recognition (if required)
