Skills & People Development

We offer a comprehensive programme of training to suit all requirements. We are a Leadership & Management Wales (LMW) endorsed provider and an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) approved centre – so you can be certain that our tuition is of the highest quality.

Our leadership and management training package comprises a series of one day business skills workshops, and accredited ILM qualifications at level 2, 3, 4 and 5.

We are the only provider of International Trade training in Wales – from the basics of exporting and an introduction to procedures, to understanding letters of credit and international sales and marketing. Our costs are extremely competitive, as we feel it is vital that more Welsh businesses take the step to trade internationally. Our links with the South Wales Chamber of Commerce offer additional value through their highly experienced documentation team, who are on hand to provide advice and support.

We can also provide QCFs (formerly NVQs) and we have a dedicated specialist to take your business through the process of achieving Investors in People status. If you have a more specific requirement, our advisors can undertake a training needs analysis and develop a bespoke package specific for your business and workforce.
